Your role:
As a Customer Experience Manager at Demand Upsurge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients' account-based marketing initiatives. Working closely with our Sales and Marketing Operations teams, you will oversee the setup and execution of digital advertising and lead generation campaigns. Your proactive engagement across various internal departments will be key to seamless campaign execution, delivering outstanding results for our clients. Additionally, you will analyze campaign metrics to provide actionable insights to enhance client retention. What You'll Do:

Lead the setup and operational execution of display advertising and lead generation campaigns.

Collaborate with clients, the sales team, and the marketing operations team to optimize strategies and ensure timely implementation of campaigns for B2B clients.

Cultivate strong relationships with Customer Experience Managers to ensure smooth transitions from campaign setup to delivery.

Generate detailed reports throughout campaign lifecycles, providing valuable insights to the Customer Experience team to enhance client retention.

Develop expertise in Demand Upsurge’s integration capabilities, particularly in lead delivery and other client integrations.

Serve as a liaison between client expectations and internal system capabilities.

Participate in onboarding calls with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives.
